Gender Sensitization Cell

Guidelines:

• Meeting will be held Bi- yearly of all female teaching; female non-teaching staff; female students &ladies in the premises to know the grievances if any.
• Minutes will be maintained in a minute book.
• If there are no grievances, it will be recorded in minutes.
• Common or individual grievances will be sorted out.
• Common grievance if any should be immediately reported to the Principal along with the alternativesolutions worked out by the Committee.
• Personal grievances should be heard carefully in confidence.
• In case the grievance is totally confidentially, enquiry will be carried out in a closed room.
• In case of emergency, immediate action will be taken.
• All out efforts will be made to ensure that not a single unfortunate incidence takes place.

Antidiscrimination Cell

Functions:

• To check Backward & Minority class students are given the same opportunity for all the activities conducted in the institute.
• Examining the working of various safe guard provided in the constitution of India.
• To make Recommendation to ensure their implementation.
• To monitor the implementation of policies and schemes of Social Welfare Department.
• To access the representation of minority communities in service act at different level.
• To look into specific complaint regarding depravation of rights and safeguards.
• To conduct studies, research, analysis in order to make recommendations to promote social, economic upliftment.
